Share your data with your group.
In the center of the placemat, record the common themes that emerged from the data.

Analysis of Data
Analysis is used to identify overarching themes related to the questions that were discussed and the range of perspectives expressed by the participants.
Analysis Process (30 minutes)
Appoint one person to be the Recorder of Themes.
Appoint one person to be the Facilitator and the Keeper of the Markers.
Post your data on the wall in groups of five. Read your first group of five together.
Using different coloured markers, identify commonly used words or phrases and similar concepts to begin to colour code themes in the data. As you are doing that, the Recorder of Themes will begin to capture on flip-chart paper, the themes that are emerging.
Once you have finished the first set, ask Dot for the next set and repeat the process.
Debrief (15 minutes)
When you complete colour-coding the themes that are emerging from your data, review the flip-chart paper to add or consolidate the themes.
Create a polished flip-chart recording of your themes that will be posted in the Board Room.
